Functions of the Board of Governors

1. Govern the school for which it has been constitutied
2. Administer the property of the school, whether movable or immovable
3. Administer the funds, chattels or things of the derived by fundraising or auction, on behalf of the school
4. provide for the welfare of and descpline of students and fix fees and other charges with the approval of the Minister     of Education
5. Perform such other functions as are prescribed by those regulations
