He is responsible for all ASPECTS OF DISCIPLINE
• Appointing and Co-ordinating Housemistresses/Housemasters and House Committee activities.
• Non Teaching Staff - recruitment, supervision, retention, promotion, opening and maintaining their files
• Supervising the Bursary - Teachers Allowances for the various responsibilities, salaries and wages for the other workers.
• Budget – assisting the Bursary to work out the budget by giving information on projects,plans,decisions involving finances e.t.c
• Adding New Employees to local payrolls, assisting teachers to access the payroll through WAKISO.
• Keeping the payroll clean – PTA and BOG as well as the Government Payroll.
• Projects
• Chairman Contracts Committee.
• Staff Development Seminars – with DOS to organize such seminars as are deemed necessary.
• Co- ordinating and Reporting to Discipline, Works and Finance Committees of PTA and BOG
• Supervising Games/Sports and the activities of Clubs.
• Staff Records – Documents on their Files (Transcripts, Registration, Appointment, Confirmation, Validation…)
• Statistical Returns for MOE and WAKISO.
• In charge of Prefects (supervision and with DOS their election and of the School Council)
• Transport Officer
• Assembly, Teachers on Duty, Rollcalls, School Routine.
• Constabulary
• Chairman Disciplinary Committee.
• Attending PTA and BOG Meetings
• Teaching
• Appraiser of six to eight teachers.
